Elutia has received the full $8 million held in escrow related to its earlier sale of the BioEnvelope business to Boston Scientific, the company announced, giving it sufficient capital to operate through 2029.
The escrow release represents the final financial milestone from the BioEnvelope transaction, completing the monetary terms of that divestiture. Elutia said the infusion means the company is now fully funded for the foreseeable future, a significant operational milestone for a medical-device firm navigating a competitive market.
